Kevin Barnett is an Associate at The Hunnicutt Law Firm.  While a bulk of his practice entails complex business litigation, Kevin has handled matters that range across a variety of practice areas including construction, employment, municipal governance, and intellectual property law among others.  Furthermore, Kevin assists individual and corporate clients with contractual agreement drafting and negotiation as well as navigating contractual disputes when and if they arise.

Before joining The Hunnicutt Law Firm, Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.  During law school, Kevin served as a Team Member and Coach of the Broun National Trial Team where both he and his teams competed at the highest levels of trial advocacy.  Kevin also served as a Staff Member of The North Carolina Journal of International Law.

He is admitted to the state bars of New York, New Jersey, and Texas as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas.

Personally, Kevin is a shutterbug, college football aficionado, and cinephile.
